Course Description:
This course will offer you a basic understanding about what Ayurveda is and how you can use it in your life to balance your health. You will learn how it is organized and what is the underlying logic of it. The primary focus of the course will be learning how to use food to balance digestion in the gut in order to promote optimal absorption of nutrients and improve the immune system. You will acquire easy, delicious, healthy recipes and learn to assess your individual health through the lens of Ayurveda, as well as learn about some practices that will benefit your overall health. We will use Google Classroom where I will post all of the classes and information. There will be a little bit of homework. The couse will be be interesting and fun.
